Cultural Assistant performs his duties in selected schools in Lower Silesia. His main goal is to empower children from other countries and their parents and encourage them to actively participate in school life. On the other hand, it aims to conduct educational activities among Polish students, their parents and teachers on issues of multiculturalism and cultural stereotypes. His task is also to spread the ideas of mutual tolerance and respect.
at Wroclaw`s Schools (SP nr 90, SP nr 50, SP nr 84, SP nr 16). Their task is, first of all, to support foreign students in schools, at lessons and with homework. They also collaborate with teachers to help students improve their test results. Assistants in cooperation with pedagogical staff and parents of children are responsible for solving and preventing intercultural conflicts.

Assistants speak Ukrainian, so they can easily assist foreign students and their parents in linguistic issues, as well as provide information to teachers about the culture from which children have come and solve current problems in a multicultural school environment.
