Foundation Ukraine has adopted Standards for the Protection of Minors. Their purpose is to protect children and young people from harm, violence, abuse, discrimination, neglect and any other behaviour that violates their dignity, safety, privacy or rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Standards are linked to the documents and procedures in force at Foundation Ukraine, in particular the Child Protection Policy, the Safeguarding Policy, the PSEA Policy, the Code of Ethics and Conduct, the Procedure for Reporting Concerns and Abuse, and the Instruction on Reporting Concerns and Violations.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"900\" height=\"635\" Foundation\u2019s staff and minors;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the rules for safe interactions between minors participating in the Foundation\u2019s activities;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the rules for using the internet, electronic devices and media;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the rules for protecting the image, privacy and personal data of minors;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the rules for verifying and preparing people who work with minors;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the procedure for reporting violations and concerning situations;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the procedure for responding to suspected harm of a minor;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the rules for documenting reports and interventions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the people and roles responsible for implementing the Standards;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the rules for making the Standards available, monitoring Standards for the Protection of Minors for children and young people, written in simple and understandable language.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The shortened version includes the most important information about:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the rights of a child or young person taking part in the Foundation\u2019s activities;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>what adults working with children and young people are not allowed to do;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>what other participants are not allowed to do;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>what personal class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A separate resource for children and young people is the \u201cRules for safe interactions between participants\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This document focuses mainly on relationships between participants in the Foundation\u2019s activities. It sets out rules on mutual respect, personal boundaries, the prohibition of violence, conflict resolution, responding to harm and reporting problems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Rules for safe interactions between participants are available on the Foundation\u2019s website and in places where the Foundation carries out activities involving children and young people, in
