With the help of our partners and donors, we were able to implement a number of initiatives supporting integration, adaptation, education, and humanitarian aid. We are proud to share these successes with you, which stand as proof of the strength of cooperation and our shared mission!<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-essential-blocks-column  root-eb-column-pqqkg\"><div class=\"eb-parent-wrapper eb-parent-eb-column-pqqkg \"><div class=\"eb-column-wrapper eb-column-pqqkg\"><div class=\"eb-column-inner\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"905\" height=\"1280\" src=\"https:\/\/fundacjaukraina.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/fundacja-year-2024-en-1.jpeg\" alt=\"SAVEUKRAINE 2024 Annual Report\" class=\"wp-image-17059\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-essential-blocks-row alignfull  root-eb-row-oeis4\"><div class=\"eb-parent-wrapper eb-parent-eb-row-oeis4 \"><div class=\"eb-row-root-container eb-row-oeis4\" data-id=\"eb-row-oeis4\"><div class=\"eb-row-wrapper\"><div class=\"eb-row-inner\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-essential-blocks-column  root-eb-column-gj9cq\"><div class=\"eb-parent-wrapper eb-parent-eb-column-gj9cq \"><div class=\"eb-column-wrapper eb-column-gj9cq\"><div class=\"eb-column-inner\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"905\" height=\"1280\" src=\"https:\/\/fundacjaukraina.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/fundacja-year-2024-en-2.jpeg\" alt=\"SAVEUKRAINE 2024 Annual Report\" class=\"wp-image-17063\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-essential-blocks-column  root-eb-column-8e6uf\"><div class=\"eb-parent-wrapper eb-parent-eb-column-8e6uf \"><div class=\"eb-column-wrapper eb-column-8e6uf\"><div class=\"eb-column-inner\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\"><strong><strong>Information support for migrants: activities of the Institute of Migrant Rights coordinated by Foundation Ukraine<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Our specialists at the Institute of Migrant Rights conducted<strong> 21,112 consultations<\/strong>, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>7,389 in-person<\/strong> <strong>general<\/strong> informational consultations,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>11,620 remote <\/strong>consultations,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>1,260 in-person specialist c<\/strong>onsultations,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>and <strong>843 individual consultations<\/strong> in temporary accommodation centers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In terms of training sessions and informational meetings, the Institute of Migrant Rights organized:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>2 online courses \u201cForeigners in Poland\u201d<\/strong>, with 85 participants,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>6 online courses \u201cThe education system in Poland\u201d <\/strong>for 98 parents with migration and refugee experience,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>An in-person legalization course<\/strong>, consisting of 4 meetings with 57 participants,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>11 informational training sessions<\/strong>, attended by 243 people.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-essential-blocks-row alignfull  root-eb-row-72cf5\"><div class=\"eb-parent-wrapper eb-parent-eb-row-72cf5 \"><div class=\"eb-row-root-container eb-row-72cf5\" data-id=\"eb-row-72cf5\"><div class=\"eb-row-wrapper\"><div class=\"eb-row-inner\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-essential-blocks-column  root-eb-column-tllvh\"><div class=\"eb-parent-wrapper eb-parent-eb-column-tllvh \"><div class=\"eb-column-wrapper eb-column-tllvh\"><div class=\"eb-column-inner\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\"><strong>Support for residents of temporary accommodation centers in Lower Silesia<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2024, we provided <strong>temporary accommodation <\/strong>for <strong>245 refugees<\/strong> in Wroc\u0142aw, L\u0105dek-Zdr\u00f3j, Kudowa-Zdr\u00f3j, and Karpacz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the temporary accommodation centers in Wa\u0142brzych, Jelenia G\u00f3ra, and Legnica, we organized:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>32 informational group meetings<\/strong> about the support available through Foundation Ukraine\u2019s activities, with 380 participants.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>60 individual consultations<\/strong>, during which support plans were developed. During these consultations, refugees received information about how to access individual assistance tailored to their needs and had the opportunity to sign up for counseling.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>34 outreach visits by specialists<\/strong> in administrative law, residence legalization, and social benefits, based on the identified needs of the center residents.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-essential-blocks-column  root-eb-column-0ug0q\"><div class=\"eb-parent-wrapper eb-parent-eb-column-0ug0q \"><div class=\"eb-column-wrapper eb-column-0ug0q\"><div class=\"eb-column-inner\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"905\" height=\"1280\" src=\"https:\/\/fundacjaukraina.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/fundacja-year-2024-en-3.jpeg\" alt=\"SAVEUKRAINE 2024 Annual Report\" class=\"wp-image-17067\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-essential-blocks-row alignfull  root-eb-row-vlqn7\"><div class=\"eb-parent-wrapper eb-parent-eb-row-vlqn7 \"><div class=\"eb-row-root-container eb-row-vlqn7\" data-id=\"eb-row-vlqn7\"><div class=\"eb-row-wrapper\"><div class=\"eb-row-inner\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-essential-blocks-column  root-eb-column-q0ous\"><div class=\"eb-parent-wrapper eb-parent-eb-column-q0ous \"><div class=\"eb-column-wrapper eb-column-q0ous\"><div class=\"eb-column-inner\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"905\" height=\"1280\" src=\"https:\/\/fundacjaukraina.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/fundacja-year-2024-en-4.jpeg\" alt=\"SAVEUKRAINE 2024 Annual Report\" class=\"wp-image-17071\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-essential-blocks-column  root-eb-column-vmjmp\"><div class=\"eb-parent-wrapper eb-parent-eb-column-vmjmp \"><div class=\"eb-column-wrapper eb-column-vmjmp\"><div class=\"eb-column-inner\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">As part of the &#8220;Summer of Equal Opportunities&#8221; project, funded by the POP Fund, we also focused on supporting the education of children living in the centers, including:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Distributing educational vouchers worth<strong> 45,000 PLN for 75 children<\/strong> from 60 families.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Providing<strong> 21 laptops for refugee children<\/strong>, valued at 19,715.85 PLN.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Allocating <strong>15,968.01 PLN <\/strong>to improve the educational infrastructure in the temporary accommodation centers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organizing <strong>8 workshops for 110 children<\/strong> living in the temporary accommodation centers in Wa\u0142brzych and Jelenia G\u00f3ra.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Our activities aimed not only to provide material aid but also emotional and advisory support for those affected by the crisis.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-essential-blocks-row alignfull  root-eb-row-7rt34\"><div class=\"eb-parent-wrapper eb-parent-eb-row-7rt34 \"><div class=\"eb-row-root-container eb-row-7rt34\" data-id=\"eb-row-7rt34\"><div class=\"eb-row-wrapper\"><div class=\"eb-row-inner\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-essential-blocks-column  root-eb-column-herxd\"><div class=\"eb-parent-wrapper eb-parent-eb-column-herxd \"><div class=\"eb-column-wrapper eb-column-herxd\"><div class=\"eb-column-inner\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\"><strong>Flood \u0441risis response<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In response to the flooding crisis in Lower Silesia, in <strong>September 2024<\/strong>, we provided medicines, cleaning products, blankets, and food worth<strong> 18,119.39 PLN<\/strong>. We also organized two volunteer trips to K\u0142odzko and G\u0142ucho\u0142azy, where volunteers supported local communities in rescue and cleanup efforts.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-essential-blocks-column  root-eb-column-u1mej\"><div class=\"eb-parent-wrapper eb-parent-eb-column-u1mej \"><div class=\"eb-column-wrapper eb-column-u1mej\"><div class=\"eb-column-inner\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"905\" height=\"1280\" src=\"https:\/\/fundacjaukraina.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/fundacja-year-2024-en-5.jpeg\" alt=\"SAVEUKRAINE 2024 Annual Report\" class=\"wp-image-17075\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-essential-blocks-row alignfull  root-eb-row-zra9i\"><div class=\"eb-parent-wrapper eb-parent-eb-row-zra9i \"><div class=\"eb-row-root-container eb-row-zra9i\" data-id=\"eb-row-zra9i\"><div class=\"eb-row-wrapper\"><div class=\"eb-row-inner\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-essential-blocks-column  root-eb-column-cmgsx\"><div class=\"eb-parent-wrapper eb-parent-eb-column-cmgsx \"><div class=\"eb-column-wrapper eb-column-cmgsx\"><div class=\"eb-column-inner\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"905\" height=\"1280\" src=\"https:\/\/fundacjaukraina.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/fundacja-year-2024-en-6.jpeg\" alt=\"SAVEUKRAINE 2024 Annual Report\" class=\"wp-image-17079\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-essential-blocks-column  root-eb-column-llvvq\"><div class=\"eb-parent-wrapper eb-parent-eb-column-llvvq \"><div class=\"eb-column-wrapper eb-column-llvvq\"><div class=\"eb-column-inner\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\"><strong>Humanitarian support<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2024, we collected and sent<strong> over 1,500 food packages<\/strong> to areas most affected by Russia&#8217;s aggression in Ukraine. Through the HELP UA PACKAGE project, we successfully gathered and sent <strong>704 packages<\/strong> to the Donetsk and Dnipropetrovsk regions, Izium, Antonivka, and Kherson. During the &#8220;SkovorodaFest 2024&#8221; festival, we collected an additional <strong>800 packages<\/strong> for Izium, Lyman, Kherson, and the Chernihiv region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Additionally, we purchased a Volkswagen Transporter van, which was donated for charitable purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All of this was possible thanks to our donors, particularly the financial support from Deviniti Sp. z o.o. and donations for the SAVE UKRAINE charity campaign, which raised <strong>207,746.98 PLN <\/strong>in 2024.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-essential-blocks-row alignfull  root-eb-row-x5s92\"><div class=\"eb-parent-wrapper eb-parent-eb-row-x5s92 \"><div class=\"eb-row-root-container eb-row-x5s92\" data-id=\"eb-row-x5s92\"><div class=\"eb-row-wrapper\"><div class=\"eb-row-inner\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-essential-blocks-column  root-eb-column-1zog9\"><div class=\"eb-parent-wrapper eb-parent-eb-column-1zog9 \"><div class=\"eb-column-wrapper eb-column-1zog9\"><div class=\"eb-column-inner\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\"><strong>Social integration support \u2013 integration and adaptation events for children and adults<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2024, Foundation Ukraine continued its work on social integration, implementing a series of educational, adaptive, and cultural initiatives as part of the Foundation\u2019s projects and in cooperation with partners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We organized <strong>432 events<\/strong> for over <strong>10,000 participants<\/strong>, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SKOVORODA FEST 2024<\/strong> \u2013 our annual integration festival for Ukraine\u2019s Independence Day, which brought together <strong>over 2,000 participants<\/strong>, becoming our largest event of the year!<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-essential-blocks-column  root-eb-column-k2tww\"><div class=\"eb-parent-wrapper eb-parent-eb-column-k2tww \"><div class=\"eb-column-wrapper eb-column-k2tww\"><div class=\"eb-column-inner\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"905\" height=\"1280\" src=\"https:\/\/fundacjaukraina.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/fundacja-year-2024-en-7.jpeg\" alt=\"SAVEUKRAINE 2024 Annual Report\" class=\"wp-image-17083\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-essential-blocks-row alignfull  root-eb-row-fybg9\"><div class=\"eb-parent-wrapper eb-parent-eb-row-fybg9 \"><div class=\"eb-row-root-container eb-row-fybg9\" data-id=\"eb-row-fybg9\"><div class=\"eb-row-wrapper\"><div class=\"eb-row-inner\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-essential-blocks-column  root-eb-column-ouwvo\"><div class=\"eb-parent-wrapper eb-parent-eb-column-ouwvo \"><div class=\"eb-column-wrapper eb-column-ouwvo\"><div class=\"eb-column-inner\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"905\" height=\"1280\" src=\"https:\/\/fundacjaukraina.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/fundacja-year-2024-en-8.jpeg\" alt=\"SAVEUKRAINE 2024 Annual Report\" class=\"wp-image-17087\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-essential-blocks-column  root-eb-column-2n5ok\"><div class=\"eb-parent-wrapper eb-parent-eb-column-2n5ok \"><div class=\"eb-column-wrapper eb-column-2n5ok\"><div class=\"eb-column-inner\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>44 integration<\/strong> and adaptation workshops for <strong>515 children and adults<\/strong> as part of the Wroc\u0142aw Integration Center project and the &#8220;Together in Wroc\u0142aw 2024&#8221; integration program.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>32 expert and hobby workshops for 145 participants<\/strong>, made possible through the support of BNY Mellon and its employees, who shared their expertise with refugees to support their integration and personal development.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>95 cultural meetings<\/strong> at the Ukrainian Cultural and Development Center, attended by<strong> 1,470 people<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>88 meetings<\/strong> of the Polish Speaking Club with <strong>2,445 participants<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>66 meetings<\/strong> of the English Speaking Club with <strong>1,800 participants.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>10 <\/strong>Spanish Speaking Club meetings with 80 participants.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>30 Cashflow game meetings <\/strong>with <strong>150 participants.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>26 Promowa Club meetings<\/strong> with <strong>520 participants.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>40 board game meetings <\/strong>with <strong>800 participants<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-essential-blocks-row alignfull  root-eb-row-x8y5t\"><div class=\"eb-parent-wrapper eb-parent-eb-row-x8y5t \"><div class=\"eb-row-root-container eb-row-x8y5t\" data-id=\"eb-row-x8y5t\"><div class=\"eb-row-wrapper\"><div class=\"eb-row-inner\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-essential-blocks-column  root-eb-column-sh7qd\"><div class=\"eb-parent-wrapper eb-parent-eb-column-sh7qd \"><div class=\"eb-column-wrapper eb-column-sh7qd\"><div class=\"eb-column-inner\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\"><strong>Free of charge polish language courses for children and adults<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We organized <strong>3,092 hours of language courses<\/strong>, attended by<strong> over 540 people<\/strong>, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>313 children<\/strong> from Wroc\u0142aw in summer language courses, totaling 1,920 hours of learning.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>30 children<\/strong> from temporary accommodation centers in Wa\u0142brzych and Jelenia G\u00f3ra, participating in 80-hour Polish language courses.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>198 adults<\/strong> who attended Polish language courses, totaling 1,092 hours of learning.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Thanks to these initiatives, we not only developed participants&#8217; In 2024, we implemented a number of initiatives aimed at easing the adaptation of refugee children within the Polish education system and supporting the work of intercultural assistants:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>30 intercultural assistants<\/strong> supported <strong>1,954 children in 30 schools<\/strong> across Lower Silesia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We created <strong>a video showcasing the work of intercultural assistants<\/strong>, highlighting their daily challenges and successes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We organized <strong>the first Wroc\u0142aw Forum for Intercultural Assistants<\/strong>, which gathered over 130 people interested in the topic.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We initiated the creation of <strong>Wroc\u0142aw Standards for Intercultural Assistants<\/strong>, which were presented during the first Forum.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-essential-blocks-row alignfull  root-eb-row-sedma\"><div class=\"eb-parent-wrapper eb-parent-eb-row-sedma \"><div class=\"eb-row-root-container eb-row-sedma\" data-id=\"eb-row-sedma\"><div class=\"eb-row-wrapper\"><div class=\"eb-row-inner\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-essential-blocks-column  root-eb-column-x0kbu\"><div class=\"eb-parent-wrapper eb-parent-eb-column-x0kbu \"><div class=\"eb-column-wrapper eb-column-x0kbu\"><div class=\"eb-column-inner\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We conducted<strong> research on the employment model of intercultural assistants<\/strong>, leading to the development of a more effective support model.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>As part of the<strong> &#8220;Ukraine\/Boys Serious Play \u2013 Building the Mental Well-being of Ukrainian Boys&#8221;<\/strong> project, we held <strong>29 meetings<\/strong> for 53 boys with migration experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We also conducted<strong> 88 LEGO\u24c7 SERIOUS PLAY\u24c7 workshops <\/strong>for a total of <strong>761 schoolchildren and 29 sports events.<\/strong> These activities aimed to support the integration of refugee children, reduce cultural barriers, and build a more diverse and integrated society.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We carried out <strong>238 adaptive sessions <\/strong>for <strong>over 2,500 children<\/strong> from Wroc\u0142aw and \u015awidnica using the <em>TeamUp <\/em>and <em>HEART <\/em>methods.
