    FAQ

    Yes, you can prepare a package yourself. Collected food packages can be left at the PKP reception point in Wrocław (Piłsudskiego St., 105) or at our storage in Psary (Pogodna St., 2, ramp T1, 51-188 Psary) until August 31; later the address of our warehouse will be changed – we will keep you informed.
    You can review our past delivery reports, which confirm that all humanitarian aid shipments that we sent reached their destinations and were delivered to recipients. For project partners, as a guarantee, we can add a clause in the contract stating that we guarantee the successful delivery of humanitarian cargo to Ukraine.

    If you inform us in writing about the need for a photo and video report, we will send the requested report by e-mail. Also it is possible to request written confirmation regarding the receipt of humanitarian aid.

    Food products are purchased in Poland and delivered to the storage facility in Psary, Pogodna St. 2, ramp T1. The process of packing and labeling food packages takes place in our storage.

    Ready parcels of food packages are transported and delivered to Ukraine by train or truck. Our partners in Ukraine receive the cargo, sign the acceptance-handover protocol, send reports and transfer the humanitarian aid directly to the people in need.
