We would like to raise the important topic of war refugees legal employment. As part of one of our projects, we support enterprises from various industries in the recruitment process to help war refugees in Poland.
We realize that war refugees need not only financial assistance, but also support in finding a stable job that will allow them to become independent in their new environment.
By supporting enterprises in the recruitment process, we want to facilitate the adaptation to new living conditions for war refugees and enable their professional development.
We believe that consultations dedicated to the subject of improving the competence and preparation for concrete employment of beneficiaries, will positively influence the solution of the unemployment crisis among refugees in Lower Silesia, but also in Poland as a whole, because the good practice we are developing can become an example for other cities.
