Free advice and information support at your fingertips. In the Ukrainian Center for Culture and Development, assistance in matters regarding the legalization of residence and work, adaptation, health care, administrative and legal matters is provided on every weekdays. Consultants provide information in one of four languages ​​- Polish, English, Russian, Ukrainian. From the May of 2018, thanks to part-financing from the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund and state budget Infopoint has become the largest permanent activity of the Foundation Ukraine. To the office of the organization at Russka 46A / 201 street in Wrocław come representatives of different nationalities, for instance Ukrainians, Indians, Belarussians, Russians, Chinese, Kazakhs, Vietnamese and Poles. Here they can get a complex consultation concerning legalization of stay, job search, marriage, learning of Polish language, renting a flat, health protection, starting a business etc.

Clients can get information in a language they understand – Polish, Ukrainian, English and Russian because in Infopunkt work multilingual people.Infopunkt is opened on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 14:00 till 20:00, and on Tuesday and Thursday from 10:00 till 14:00. Consultations are free of charge, no registration is needed.

Infopoint also provides free thematic consultations. In situations where specialized legal knowledge is required, one can visit individual consultation with lawyer, which takes place every Wednesday from 17:00 to 20:00 and on Thursdays from 11:00 to 14:00. In order to clarify issues related to integration, adaptation, traditions, culture and even daily life, meetings are organized with the integration advisor on Fridays from 14:00 to 20:00. Finding a job, including the preparation of a CV and cover letter, job interviews and the specifics of the labor market in Lower Silesia, can be discussed with a career adviser on Mondays from 16:00 to 20:00.

Consultations with specialists are individual, during a 20-40 minute meeting a specialist tries to find out all essential details about one’s situation and choose the right solution.
