On the day 25 May 2018, enter into force the provisions of Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 from the day of 27 April 2016 about the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (general data protection regulation) (GDPR).
GENERAL REGULATIONS
The Foundation Ukraine in Wroclaw (Foundation) has Your personal data (Data), that has been obtained due to one or more of the following Events (circumstances):
Conclusion of an agreement (agreement) with the Foundation,
Giving consent in a definite scope for the Foundation,
Participation in projects (ongoing and completed) run by the Foundation and ongoing,
Participation in events, activities carried out by the Foundation.
The Foundation will process your personal data obtained as a result of Events, referred to points 1 – 4 for purposes necessary to perform the duties or rights of the Foundation, which result from the statements made by You due to Events (including archiving, evaluation, control and statistical purposes).
Moreover, the Foundation can process your Data in good faith for the following purposes, which are not strictly related to the Events described in points 1 – 4 above (Additional purposes):
Providing information about the activities carried out by the Foundation,
Submitting invitations to events with the Foundation’s participation,
Transmission of marketing information (direct straightforward) elaborated by the Foundation,
Providing information in the form of periodic and structured, promotional and marketing information sets, containing diverse information (newsletters),
Providing information upon programs run by the Foundation that may interest You.
In conjunction with the above, we would like to inform, that the Administrator of Your personal data is Foundation Ukraine with its registered office in Wroclaw (50-079), at Ruska 46A/201 st., entered into the National Court Register under NCR (KRS) number: 0000463960, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 8982203920, (hereinafter: “Administrator”).
Legal basis for data processing:
Art. 6 act 1 lit. a GDPR (the person to whom the data relates, who has gave a consent to the processing of personal data)
Art. 6 act 1 lit. a GDPR (this is necessary for the performance of the contract, whose party is a person, to whom the data relates);
Art. 6 act 1 lit. a GDPR (justified interest of the administrator, consisting in providing information about the products and services offered, falling within the range of the Administrator’s activity).
The administrator does not process specific categories of personal data
You have the following rights in conjunction with the processing of your personal data:
the right to access your data, including obtaining a copy of the data,
the right to demand correction of data,
the right to delete data (in certain situations),
the right to file a complaint to the supervisory body dealing with the protection of personal data,
the right to limit data processing.
To extent that your data is processed on the basis of consent or as part of the service provided (the data is necessary to provide the service), you can also use the following rights:
the right to withdraw consent in the range in which they are processed on this basis. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing that was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
the right to transfer personal data, i.e. to receive from the administrator of personal data, in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.

Information about the right of complaint to the supervisory body
You have the right to make a complaint to the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data, Stawki 2 st., 00-193 Warsaw.
DATA PROCESSING TIME
If your actual situation exhausts more than one of the hypotheses described in point 1 – 4 above, the Foundation will process your Data in the period, that is the longest one.
DATA STORAGE
Your Data, which the Foundation is in possession of, will be stored at its headquarter, with the possibility of using virtual and electronic resources and storage sources.
Your Data will become available to authorized persons in connection with the performance of their service duties. In accordance with applicable legal provisions, we will also make your Data available to the appropriate state authorities at their reasonable request.
