Project Goal:
The project focuses on providing emotional support and cultural adaptation for teenage boys aged 15-18, originating from Ukraine and currently residing in Wałbrzych. Our priority is to create a safe space where young people from different cultures can develop their social skills, cope with challenges, and effectively integrate into a new environment.
Main Project Activities:
- Workshops:
- A project plan includes organizing 10 interactive workshops, utilizing elements of sociotherapy and the innovative LEGOⓇ SERIOUS PLAYⓇ method. This unique approach will allow participants to express their thoughts and feelings while simultaneously enhancing their interpersonal skills.
- Integration Meetings:
- Organizing 3 integration meetings aimed at building relationships, cooperation, and mutual understanding among project participants.
- Streetworking:
- Implementation of 30 hours of streetworking to establish closer contact with the youth, understand their needs, and tailor project activities to the real challenges they face.
The “Ukraine/boys serious play. Building the mental well-being of Ukrainian boys” Project is not only an effective form of support in the adaptation process but also an opportunity to broaden horizons, develop social skills, and gain experiences that shape youth for the future. We believe that together, we can create an inspiring space conducive to the growth and development of young individuals!
