Key Project Activities:
The “Hello Girls!” project, conducted in collaboration with the Kulczyk Foundation, was implemented in response to the needs of more than million women and children who fled their country due to Russia’s attack on Ukraine.
The aim of the activities carried out under the project is to assist Ukrainian women in taking their first steps in Poland regarding integration, familiarization with the culture, Polish language, functioning of the healthcare and education systems, and other aspects of society.
The project goal is achieved through the following activities:
- Providing comprehensive support for family relationships, psychological support, conducting training, workshops, consultations.
- Supporting social adaptation in the new reality through the organization of integration-adaptation meetings.
- Creating new job opportunities, career counseling, support in job search.
- Professional activation of women and seniors through the organization of language courses for women and seniors, competency analysis, and counseling on skills enhancement.
- Supporting education and scientific initiatives.
- Business activation of Polish-Ukrainian relations through development training, business-integration events.
As a part of the “Ukrainian Woman in Poland” initiative, the project is co-financed by the Kulczyk Foundation.
